We are inviting leading experts in these fields to attend the events and would be very pleased if you would be able to attend a breakfast discussion to take place at from 0800 to 0930 on Friday 3 October at Café Louvre, Národní 22, Praha 1. Attending from the UK will be UK Minister Baroness Morgan who is Parliamentary Under Secretary of State for Intellectual Property and Quality, and the discussion will focus on issues affecting the EU global competitiveness such as labour market flexibility, higher education, research and development, and intellectual property rights.
